Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. When she quit her gymnastics profession Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness shows when she was just 16 years old. She won her Pro Card within a year when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness shows at the age of 16. At the age of 17 she was awarded her Pro Card one year later. She was an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from performing after she earned her Pro Card to complete her university studies. After completing her college education, Ariel returned in the year 2015. The show continued in the same way she left off in previous competitions, including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She competed throughout the years following her debut show setting higher targets for herself every year. She was awarded four more fitness championships by the close of the year. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel took 6 years to complete her degree after earning the Pro Card. In October 2015 Ariel made her return by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. They placed her third at the event. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel was on the Olympia stage and took 6th place in Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to be 6th place within the fitness division despite being completely unprepared. There is no doubt that Ariel did well given that she had to compete against top of the line athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing the best version of her body every year. Ariel is known to be focused on her back. This is made up of bent-over rows, pull-downs with a single arm on a pull-up machine as well as the seated rows. Warming up is usually done first, followed by an actual workout. Ariel also Ariel likes to use her time as efficiently as possible. The way she achieves this is by supersetting the back exercises she does. A total of three or four supersets that have 10-12 reps is done.
